These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by The Cameron Collective Pty Ltd including counselling, coaching, and any digital resources or consultations delivered online or in person.
By booking a session or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
The Cameron Collective Pty Ltd offers professional:
Counselling services (under ACA registration)
Coaching and mentoring (non-clinical personal development)
Online and in-person appointments
Digital tools and resources for emotional wellbeing and self-leadership
All services are provided by Sharon Cameron (ACA Reg. Level 1, Counsellor + Coach).
By engaging in services, you agree to:
Attend scheduled sessions on time
Provide accurate information relevant to your care
Take full responsibility for your participation and personal outcomes
Understand that coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full session fee
Exceptions may apply for emergencies — please contact us directly
Counselling and coaching fees are clearly stated at the time of booking
Payment is due prior to or at the time of your appointment
Payment methods may include EFTPOS, bank transfer, Halaxy-integrated card processing, or Stripe (for coaching)
Concession rates are available for counselling upon request and at our discretion.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Counselling sessions are confidential, with the following exceptions:
Risk of harm to self or others
Child protection concerns
Legal requirements such as subpoena or court order
Coaching services are for personal and professional development and are not clinical or diagnostic in nature. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
If you’re in crisis or need urgent mental health support, please contact Lifeline (13 11 14), your GP, or nearest emergency service.
All content, tools, frameworks, and resources shared in sessions or via this website remain the intellectual property ofThe Urban Jungle Labyrinth. They may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Online sessions may be delivered via Zoom.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection for the session.
The Cameron Collective Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
These Terms may also be updated as needed. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
