Meet Sharon

Counsellor, Coach, and founder of The Cameron Conservatory.

Let’s get to know one another…

Hey, I’m Sharon.

I’ve spent decades studying people, psychology, counselling, coaching, emotional intelligence, relationships, and the many ways humans learn to adapt in order to feel safe, connected, valued, and understood.

Some of that learning came through study.
A lot of it came through living.

Because like many of the people who find their way to The Conservatory, I know what it feels like to become exceptionally good at reading everyone else while slowly losing sight of yourself somewhere along the way.

That’s part of why this work feels so deeply personal to me.

Humans are layered. We move through different rooms, roles, relationships, and pressures adapting constantly as we navigate the complexity of being human.

The adaptation itself isn’t the problem.

The work is learning how to adapt consciously instead of abandoning yourself automatically, and that changes the way we lead, love, and live.

Why This Work Matters

Most people were never taught the essential soft skills that enable them to adapt consciously instead of abandoning themselves automatically.

What We Believe

We believe people can stay connected to themselves while moving through the complexity of being human.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to help people develop the essential soft skills that enable them to move through life, love, and leadership in a person-centred way while staying connected to themselves in the process.
